At the beginning the hotel had only 10 rooms, actually there are 15 from where our guests can admire the panoramic view of the mountain ,valley and of the territory of Bassano del Grappa

In the past people here found something for which it was really worth lodging at the Miramonti :healthy air

The hotel has always been in the forefront and abreast with times:
The first fixed phone of the village arrived here and a lot of people came to phone their relatives in America or the numerous emigrants in foreign countries.
They queued up for hour to talk at least for a moment to their families.

In the ’50 and ’60 Miramonti became an important point of social aggregation to eat, lodge and dance ,in fact in the ground floor there was a known dancing place where many people find the pleasure to dance and have a goodtime.

Another historical moment that Miramonti didn’t miss was the advent of the television.
In fact here arrived the first television of the village, so people came here to watch “carousel” or some programs in black and white.

Later, the restaurant of Miramonti began to have always more success..
Many people from Venice and Padua loved to come here to taste the traditional food of the Venetian poor cousine such as “Pasta and Beans” and the” boiled healthy beet greens of field.”

Another important historical moment was when Mr Cavalli became the owner of this hotel. He is an entrepreneur who was born in Pove del Grappa and was emigrated as many other Venetian people.
After 30 years of life and job in Milan, he returned in Pove and decided to restore and make more beautiful this old hotel, that was a place full of memories for him.
